High School Students Can Earn Biomanufacturing Degrees Before Graduation

Your Image Description Oceanside Unified and MiraCosta College have launched a dual-enrollment program allowing high school students to earn an associate degree in biomanufacturing before graduation. The program begins this fall with 24 ninth graders and includes online classes and lab work at MiraCosta’s new biotech facility. Open to all motivated students, the initiative aims to fast-track students into biotech careers and higher education, especially those from underserved backgrounds.
