Among the highlights is the MiraCosta College Oceanside Jazz Orchestra, affectionately known as MOJO. Renowned as the top large jazz ensemble in the community college category by DownBeat, the nation's premier jazz magazine, MOJO guarantees an unforgettable musical experience.

MiraCosta College offers creative arts majors that prepare students for art, music, dance, theater, film, design, and photography transfer opportunities for those aspiring to pursue higher education. These majors provide a solid foundation for students to pursue bachelor's or master's degrees in their chosen fields.
Visitors to the campus can also witness the construction of the New Media Arts Complex (Bldg. 2800). This exciting addition includes an art gallery, computer labs, classrooms, and collaboration spaces, further enhancing the arts and theater complex.
