The four new members bring a wide range of professional expertise, spanning finance, entrepreneurship, healthcare, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, along with a shared commitment to expanding opportunity for MiraCosta College students.

“We are thrilled to welcome Bryan, Gina, Jacqueline, and Rod to our board,” shared MiraCosta College Foundation Board President Karen Pearson. “Each of them brings a distinct perspective and a deep belief in the power of education to transform lives, and together they strengthen our ability to open doors for MiraCosta College students for years to come.”

Before Wall Street, he spent four years in the National Football League as a member of the Indianapolis Colts, winning a Super Bowl championship in 2006. A former San Diego County Civil Service Commissioner and a resident of Oceanside who is fluent in Spanish, Bryan was first drawn to the Foundation due to its work creating opportunity for students in one of the country's most challenging economic environments.
