MiraCosta College’s Kruglak Art Gallery Presents Desert Echoes

The Kruglak Art Gallery at MiraCosta College features Desert Echoes, an exhibition featuring works created in relation to the Landmarks of Art Initiative, from March 14 to April 14.

Desert Echoes is created by artists Allison Beaudry, Bill Gilbert, Yoshimi Hayashi, Helena Westra, and Robert Wright. Each work by participating artists will be in response to the desert environment of the Anza Borrego Desert and related arid habitat.

A reception will be held March 15 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., with an artist talk at 11 a.m. that day.

The exhibit runs from March 14 to April 14, although the gallery will be closed March 20–24. Gallery hours are 2:30-7:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. Admission is free.  Please contact Kruglak Gallery director Diane Adams with questions.
