Mary Ann Wallner is known as an effective catalyst in all types of diverse groups and is considered "an inspiration to others" promoting communication, cooperation, and teamwork in both large and small organizations both academically and industry. She has a firm understanding and experience in the relationships among people, technology, and work processes that make up organizational systems.

Mary Ann possesses expertise in training administration, vendor management, logistics coordination, program management, communications, corporate university, and customer service. She is considered to be one of the best program managers in the educational field. For several years she implemented professional development programs in the areas of teamwork, communication, and job skills as well as personal improvement workshops.
For over eight years, she was the operations program manager of several rigorous educational programs for the College of Business Administration and Office of Extended Studies at California State University San Marcos. During her tenure she collaborated with College of Business faculty and administration to develop standard operational procedures, value clarification, shared vision, relationship building, and strategic planning.
Mary Ann teaches Microsoft Office Suites and QuickBooks/Quicken at MiraCosta College, local community programs, and provides consulting services for several private businesses.
