About Community Services The mission of MiraCosta College Community Services is to provide affordable, not-for-credit continuing education to residents of our district who are interested in either personal or professional enrichment. Classes offered through Community Services are not funded with tax dollars. Your enrollment fees keep this valuable program going.

Your Place, Our Place or On-Line Go to: www.miracosta.com/professionaltraining We can provide business training at your company's or organization's site around your busy schedule; days, evenings and weekends. Whatever works for you. Our Oceanside and Cardiff campuses are available days and evenings for those who prefer a campus setting. Or try our on-line classes from work or home for even more flexibility. Read all about our professional training and development programs at our dedicated website listed above. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for health professionals are also offered. Programs which offer CEU's are specified in our catalog and on our registration site. Or, feel free to call and ask! The Community Services program is designed to provide opportunities for personal and professional development, skill improvement, career advancement, cultural enrichment, and recreational enjoyment for all ages on a not-for-credit basis. Our courses provide practical skills and hands-on-training in an accelerated yet relaxed training environment. Register only for those courses of particular interest, or pursue one of our many professional certificate programs. Additional courses and programs are constantly being added to meet the demands of new technology and to meet your training needs. Some courses require an additional material fee which must be paid directly to the instructor.
