The AA in University Studies will demonstrate completion of the
necessary classes for the major, general education, and other admission
requirements to most CSU and UC campuses. Articulation agreements,
which describe the preparation for the major in Dramatic Arts at
specific CSU and UC campuses, are available to students at www.assist.org
If articulation agreements are not available, students should consult
a counselor at MCC to identify courses that will meet preparation
for the music major requirements. Students must have a written educational
plan prepared with a MiraCosta College counselor. Additional degree
requirements may be found under University Studies section of this
catalog.
Associate in Arts Degree (non-transfer)
To complete the requirements in Dramatic Arts for transfer or an
Associate in Arts Degree, 18 units must be completed from the following
list of courses: DRAM 105, DRAM 110, DRAM 120, DRAM 130, DRAM 256,
DRAM 270. Other Dramatic Arts courses may be taken as electives.
